PRESCRIPTION MAIL ORDER COST SAVINGS OPTION
Employees can save on maintenance medication prescriptions by purchasing a 90-day supply at a 60-day cost.
HEALTHCARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
By setting aside a designated amount from each pay period on a pre-tax basis, capped by an annual maximum, eligible team members can pay their share of medical, dental and vision expenses that are not covered. This could be co-pays, deductibles, approved over-the-counter drugs and medications. When team members pay for these expenses, they are reimbursed from their account on a tax-free basis.
DEPENDENT CARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
Contribute to a Dependent Care Spending Account on a pre-tax basis each pay period, capped by an annual maximum, to cover the cost of daycare for dependents requiring daily supervision. Team members are reimbursed from their account on a tax-free basis.
Supplemental coverage is available at a group rate. These products are fully portable.
Compensation provided to eligible team members who incur a disabling physical or mental condition that temporarily prevents them from working.
Compensation provided to eligible team members who are unable to return to work. This may provide a monthly benefit (percentage of monthly earnings) or a maximum benefit amount.
Employees are provided a level of life insurance at no cost to them, as well as travel and accident insurance valued at five times your annual base salary (not to exceed $1,000,000). Eligible team members also have the option to purchase insurance at a reduced group rate:

ENERGY FOR LIFE WELLNESS PROGRAM
The company wellness program is always expanding. The program offers eligible team members annual biometric screenings, annual wellbeing assessments, access to fitness programs, nutrition programs, personal health assistants and other excellent wellness resources.
